Note >> Our standard delivery/pick-up time is in the morning between 9-10am/10-11am. It is adjustable upon request. There will be transportation fees $25 for delivery and $25 for return pickup, in addition to equipment rental fees.
Note >> Some equipment is open for self collection. The collection/return address is Blk 619, Jurong West St 65, 640619. Standard collection time is between 7-10pm in the evening, strictly by appointment only.
Booking of equipment is required.
Please specify which date you need the equipment item delivered/self collected so we can check its availability.
For self-collection customers, we’ll need to verify your residential address by getting a copy of the header section of some bill/letter showing your name, address, and the sender (e.g. SingTel, POSB, etc.). We do not need the content of the bill/letter. We do not collect ID card copy.
Upon successful booking of equipment, you’ll receive an order confirmation (PDF) on WhatsApp/Email stating the order number #, item list, and total fees.
Payment is to be made within 1 day after receiving the rented equipment in working condition. The preferred payment mode is via PayNow to our business UEN 53404323B (North Star Equipment Rentals & Solutions) by quoting your order number #. Payment by cash is accepted too.
